Before and During
There is about a year between these pictures. So it took me about a year to loose 12 lbs. Slow progress is better than no progress and looking at the difference a year makes motivates me to continue working. I’ve counted calories, done weight watchers, and ate clean. I’ve jogged, done spinning classes, and 30 day shred videos. Who said you have to stick to the same routine from beginning to end? Switch it up!!! I still have progress to make but the point is I am glad i am moving forward and these pictures show that!
